"Entrails Of A Virgin"

This is from a Japanese horror film of the same title. Basically this chick starts off using a severed limb to masturbate, at which point she encounters an Alien with a massive cock. After a whopping 15 seconds of penetration (you tried little buddy!), he rips out her uterus and she rolls over dead. A bit fucked up but I do commend him for his efforts in helping control the human population.
